Return Policy

At The FOM Boutique, we hope you love everything you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try to make it better. Please see our return policy below:

  • We must receive all returns within 30 days of the date we shipped the item to you. Please email us that you are returning an order. We are not able to receive items after the 30 day time period and they are considered a final sale.
  • Clearance items are all FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
  • Items returned must be in original, re-sellable condition with original tags attached. They cannot have any odors such as cigarette or perfume. Items will not be accepted if they have pet dander, deodorant, or makeup stains (foundation residue, lipstick, blush, mascara, etc.). If we receive items in less than perfect condition, they will be returned to sender after return shipping is paid for by sender. If sender does not pay for return shipping in five business days, the item will be donated to a local charity of your choice.
  • Please include your original receipt with the order number on it and mark the item(s) you wish to return. If we do not have the receipt, we will not know who the return is from and who to issue a store credit to.
  • Please note that returns are issued store credit only. We will email you a code with the amount of store credit issued. We cannot issue refunds.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Be sure to keep the tracking number for your records.
  • Free items with purchase—if you receive a free item with your order and then decide to return your order, you must also return the free item. It must be in new, unused, unworn condition with tags attached. If you do not return the free item or if it is in less-than-perfect condition, then the price for the free item will be deducted from your return.
  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Because we have a limited number of each item, if you need to make an exchange for a different size, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you get the size you need. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the date you received your package, but we cannot guarantee we will have the size in stock. If we do have the item you want in the size requested, we will promptly mail it to you once the returned item is received. Shipping is nonrefundable. Shipping is paid for by the customer.
